Had a reasonably good day yesterday as far as calories, but I have a long way to go to get to the type of food I want to be eating. One step at a time though. Someone brought donuts in yesterday which I've been doing pretty badly with lately. They sat out on the table behind me all day and I didn't have one. Small victories.
224.2 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
