Danon Lite & Fit Greek yogurt. I buy the tubs of vanilla, but they have 150g cups that are 80 calories and 12g of protein and come in tons of flavors 🤘

I started on Fage, but this stuff isn't as thick. It tastes so much better to me (but I'm into sweet stuff instead of the tang yogurt has)

I no longer crave McDonald's milk shakes when I get my DQPs! I also have a case of caramel to try soon. How are the other flavors?

And as for energy, 500 calories is surprisingly enough for me after a workout - just enough to hold me over until dinner!
