Had my second workout with Chalean Extreme last night. I really hope this program works to tone me up and add some muscle!

Have been doing chalean extreme for over a week now and can already see the difference in my arms. I beleive this to be because of doing p90x before and getting in such good shape. (the muscle memory thing?) Have been doing extremely well on atkins as of late. I hope I am now back in the groove from after surgery....according to scales down about 3 pounds, have not recorded that on her yet so we will see,,,,,,,,
