I weigh myself a lot. I know a lot of sources say you shouldn’t obsess about that, but I’m looking for data-driven performance. There are times when you gain, when you plateau, and when you suddenly start losing weight again. When I come to a point where I am suddenly losing weight again, I will lean into it with a short fast until I reach a goal, say, losing another half-pound. It usually doesn’t take very long, maybe just an hour or two sometimes.
