On my way home from a very emotional church service last night, I was really tempted to sugar it up and stop for a Wendy's Frosty or a McDonalds Frappe. I was going to do the smallest, but I knew this wasn't what would be in my best interest, especially since I'm trying to nix the sugar in my diet. So, I went to the store and bought some yummy granola for this morning's breakfast, which was very hard to stay with just 1.25 servings! I purchased some pepperonis and some aged white cheddar to snack on on the way home. It actually curbed the sweet tooth craving and knowing my granola was in the bag for the morning was like a nice little security blanket!
