Another week starting off good... worked off 1900 calories yesterday and up to 900 already today. Nice to be able to not have to watch so closely what I put in my mouth when I'm working that hard. =) I love the gym!! Only 3 1/2 more days till I get to WI again. hehe

1900 calories! That is a lot to burn in a day. I'm usually happy if I burn a couple hundred. Then again, I'm concentrating more on my eating right now. Anyway, that's awesome, good job!
