After these months of logging my Food Plan - I am surprised at how difficult it is to met the daily requirement for fats - I can hit all the macros on everything else but I have a difficult time meeting the daily 65grams of fat. Very rarely do I ever achieve the macro for the day. Good choices Sherrye - and it sounds like great fun.
