Challenge Day 2 - Getting creative for Breakfast. Thank you Trader Joe's!

Lunch - Cheesecake Factory Jamaican Black Pepper Shrimp: Sautéed Shrimp with a Very Spicy Jamaican Black Pepper Sauce. Served with Rice, Black Beans, Plantains and Cool Mango Salsa. The Cheesecake Factory Nutrition Chart doesn't indicate whether the information is just for the Shrimp, or for the entire plate of food. I'm praying for the latter, as 1140 calories is outrageous for Shrimp alone.
