Little tricks. Today I chopped up a pile of vegetables for my vegan omelette, counted them all in my calorie count by the gram weight of each vegetable, but didn’t use them all in the end. So I have free, already counted calories for my next meal. I also ate almost half a nutrition bar as a snack, and have the other one waiting to eat without having to count it because I already counted the whole bar!
