Since I started the diet I have been extremely thirsty at night. I couldnt really sleep well because I was drinking much and thus frequently had to go to the toilet. But this night was the first where it didnt occur. So I guess my body is starting to adapt.

When I started my lifestyle change I didn't sleep good for a week or two. The body needs time to adapt but soon enough you will be back to normal.
