Gonna "restart" myself... I REALLY want to wear the new bikini this summer!!!
Yesterday I did 28min. of walking/jogging. Today - gonna do a 20min. work-out viedo Tomorrow - working in the school garden, then a walk-hike with mutt.
Game plan!
Also, I am going to be more dilligant in logging what I eat! I have my phone app... gotta use it!! :-)
