i SO BADLY wanted a milkshake and fries after a stressful Am. But i didnt. Lunch under 400 cals after a 19.5 hour fast.

thanks! in other news, their diet lemonade must have a TON of splenda because the sweetness hit me like a ton of bricks. i've heavily watered it down

How about a small sundae from DQ or Weinerschnitzel/Tasty Freeze? Wendy's Chocolate Frosties are a little lower in calories I think, depending on what size you get. I had to have a few strawberry shakes recently as I needed the real bits of strawberries to regulate my digestive health. I've been screwed up for months and only McDonald's and Panera have smoothies.
