I did it! I did 20 min intervall running! Though to be completely honest, it was just 14 min running and the rest walking inbetween. Still, I tried to do the same yesterday and I gave up halfway through, so cheers!

Just to put things in perspective, three years ago I used to be able to run 12 min straight.
