I felt awesome after running. Haven´t felt like that for quite some time, even if I totally lost my breath after only 5 minutes of running. I didn´t need any coffee or anything to keep focused. I even felt quite friendly towards other people when talking to them.

My goal is to master those 20 min intervall running. I have to get into shape. In the last three years I gained 15 kg because I literally only sat all those years. I even started to feel all that fat on my back, which I previously didn´t. And it bothers me greatly. I´ve grown very depressed and unfocused. I can´t even get myself to read more than 10 min.
