I just finished eating a knock off on your salad sans tuna - and I used some miracle whip and juice of half a lime - put some cottage cheese - and used about one eighth of a cup of stewed tomatoes ... egg - pickled white onion chopped ... Hey it was all good.

You've taken tuna salad to a new level. It doesn't have to be boring. Wonderful flavor combinations and beautiful presentation! Will definitely be giving it a try. Thanks for posting it.

lol SherryeB- I could have added the tuna - but I just could not eat any more. Next time that I make tuna salad - I will add the tuna. Too funny!

This takes 25-30 minutes to make. You could possibly make this to stretch for multiple meals! Ha!
