Another perfect presentation - and yes I cook the same way - from decades of experience - I just put things together and it turns out yummy. I am a huge advocate of using many differing food items in small portions since that is how we do obtain our nutrition from the food - and that big flavour pop that we love so much. Good job again - SherryeB - that looks scrumptious.
