Well my carbs are up again from tomato soup! I’ve got the flu or chest cold,, I don’t know but I’ve had lots of tea and tomato soup and ate 3 small chicken strips! Oh well.. I hope I feel better in the morning. My throat hurt all night and I’ve taken lots of meds!!
