1 c homemade ground beef spaghetti sauce w/vegetables cal, 1 1/2 cups spaghetti noodles , 1/4 cup kale 20cal, 1/4 c northern beans .

total calories 1838 calories minus 3120 equals 1282 caloric deficit. 3500 calories in one pound of fat so technically lost 1/3 lb of fat today.
