I have no idea what got into me today! It's like I was avoiding green stuff. I made a meat, cheese, olive plate for lunch. Olives were the only green thing in the entire day. That can't be good right? I am going to have to make an attempt to get more leafy greens into my diet. Maybe I can start hiding some spinach in my omelets? I was making green smoothies, but for me to be able to drink them they need lots of fruit which makes them too carb heavy for me right now. Does anyone out there have a menu of perfectly balanced meals for my macros that are easy to fix, inexpensive and covers all of the nutrients that I need LMAO!!! I know, I know...if anyone had that none of us would have any weight issues right? I think I am approaching my TOM, I had this insane craving for chocolate hit me today and there is usually only one reason for that and it always passes. If it is still with me tomorrow morning I will add a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa to my FB-coffee and that should take care of it. So, other than an extreme allergy to green stuff and a chocolate crave my day has been zipping along nicely and here it is again almost midnight and I am still going.

Not a thing wrong with my energy levels :)

for some reason I Love salads when its warm and hot veg when its cold ,, I didn't know that about me till I kept track of my foods ,, I love green beans in butter , I can eat 2-3 cups easy .. and can spinach I get read of all water out of it then put fresh sliced tomatoes as much as I want then I put 1/4 cheese on top and mic . and butter that is low carb any ways if ya want lots of ideas try the youtub but in search engine low carb ya well be amazed with how much they have on there,, I stared on low carb high protein now Im doing calorie counting <3 they have a low carb high protein buck eye candy on there they are great ,, Have a blessed day <3

Thanks for the input Dreamcatcher10. Normally I have no issues with a nice side salad with lunch or green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, lettuce, cucumbers. I love all of that stuff, and I have it....it's sitting in my refrigerator. Just the last couple of days (yesterday and today) all I want is meat and cheese. I have no idea if hormones play a significant part in my food cravings or not. I am learning quite a bit about my eating patterns by tracking my meals, so far it's been very interesting!
