I'm getting back on the wagon. I haven't logged my food since September 27th. Part of that was focusing on finishing a project before I hopped on a plane, then just not giving a damn while I was on vacation at my parents' house. Luckily my folks are healthy eaters, so it wasn't difficult at all to make good choices while I was with them. However let's not talk about Friday night's spaghetti dinner with extra buttery garlic bread, or when I ate my weight in trail mix on the plane.
I weighed myself while I was weighing my suitcase and I got 175. It wasn't on my usual scale, so I'm holding off any excitement until tomorrow when I weigh in officially.
I haven't opened the fridge since I came back. Who knows what mysteries await me in there! I hope we have eggs.
