been bouncing up and down with the same 2 pounds - still have to lose 5 pounds and then get on with the work of maintenance - this week I'm renewing my commitment - getting really serious - will celebrate spring with lots of exercise - got back to womenshealth.gov and the woman challenge - will record all my goals and activities there faithfully for eight weeks and then see where i am
