Yes, Fritzy....I browned the chicken in EVOO in my iron skillet, added the beans to the skillet and put in the oven for about 20 minutes. I reserved about half of the liquid from the beans and added that to the skillet.

hmmm, maybe I'll drop some garbanzos in the pot for dinner. great idea!

That SALAD! I never thought of adding pickled beets or French fried onions....can't wait for supper to try it!

Thank you Jergens, Fritzy, Shir, Kat & Krystal 💖 Kat, I remembered I had some in the pantry...they were a nice addition. Crystal, I had never tried the pickled beets but once I added them the first time, they're a frequent ingredient. I start with lettuce & run thru my mind what I have to add 😁
