This week has been a little better than last week - calorie wise. My cravings/hunger have been worse though. And I hardly worked out again because I spent the week at my boyfriends house and also because I fell down a flight of stairs when I was drunk on saturday night and had some really bad bruising/swelling and a sprained hand.
So I suppose I can't expect much of a loss for tomorrow's weigh-in. Blah...I feel like I am standing still what with last week's 1 pound gain. But whatever, I shall moan properly about it if this is actually the case tomorrow, so here's to hoping its not :-)
