Weight is holding steady. Hurt my back a few weeks ago and it's still bothering me. Will try swimming today and see if it might help.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

owie. hurt backs suck. They affect just about everything! I'm doing my last swim pre tri tonight. I'm sore and tired so I'm going to use it as a time to just stretch and relax and focus on form. I've got a hip flexor that's giving me fits today that I'm hoping gets in order prior to all the swimming/biking/running.

Well, swimming didn't help. Usually swimming loosens stuff like this up for me but it didn't work this time. I could swim okay but now it feels worse. I hate stuff like this because if I go to the doc, I'm sure he won't find anything and just give me some kind of generic advice to rest and take pain pills. I don't need a doctor to figure that out.
