Yesterday I made some horrible food choices. I've finally obtained the INSANITY diet book and I'm going to begin this way of eating tomorrow after I can grocery shop. I know this diet will help with my energy levels and hopefully I can start eliminating white sugar from my diet and start feeling better because of it.
