I am such a dork! I have not been counting all the xylitol in my soda and other sugar free crap. I went back and reread some sections of the book and figured it out. So I am cutting it all out, no soda, no sugar free candies, sweeteners, etc. I will not go off the nutritional labels but read all the ingredients from now on. Keep moving forward:)

Diet Calendar Entry for 06 September 2014:

I have the same problem with Sugar Alcohols / Polyols too. The only one I can actually have without having to count it's carb content is Erythritol :-/
