So I have decided to weigh myself every day just to see exactly where I am going wrong and how what I eat is affecting my weight. I am somewhat scared b/c I know that when I eat badly, I eat really badly. And tonight I am supposed to be going to a Jamaican restaurant for Cinco de Mayo! And we know how many calories a cocktail can have! We shall see...
145.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1821 kcal Fat: 49.15g | Prot: 98.89g | Carb: 232.83g.   Breakfast: water, banana, kellog's raisin bran crunch, milk 2%. Lunch: water, navel orange, Sandwich. Dinner: Fruit Punch (Alcoholic), cornbread, rice and beans, Common Cabbage (Stored), ox tails. Snacks/Other: creamy skippy peanut butter, sargento string cheese, apple. more...
