Crystal...this is easy! Mix marmalade, soy sauce, mustard & spread on salmon. Sprinkle EB seasoning on top & pop in the oven @ 400 for 30 min. For beans...Sautee bacon & onion...add beans, sprinkle EB on top. Stir as beans brown just a little. Add broth & cook til beans are tender. Sprinkle feta on top. I do different variations of toppings on the salmon depending on my mood.

Oh, I forgot I also added some walnut peices to the beans. 584 calories for this meal.

Oooo...that's a bit high on the cals for me...but I would thoroughly enjoy even a HALF serving😋

Crystal, the walnuts added 109 calories. They were a nice added crunch but you could skip them & not compromise on the flavor too much.
