Tried a new stuffed squash recipe tonight. Pretty delicious and I have two more halves cooling ready to go in the freezer

please stay safe eating less food and know your perfect the way you are and its okay to want to change but it's not okay to obsess over it :)

Those are stuffed full with wild rice and veggies and topped with pine nuts. I’m not sure where you get obsessing with food from, it’s a new recipe I tried and there was loads! There’s really no need to worry. I’ve been way over my RDI for calories for weeks now 🤦🏼♀️
