I was intending to do a workout of some sort today. And then I was less inclined to. And then I took Luna for a walk and had to tug a little because someone had two small dogs who went crazy alert barking at us and she was bound and determined to make sure they didn’t hurt her Momma. And the people walking the dogs did nothing to try and get them to shut up. It was awesome. The point? After the walk, I realized just how much the knot in my shoulder is still hurting and I decided it was probably smarter to not do a big arm workout.
In other news, my scale lost its mind again and I want to shoot it.
