364 for the burger, 219 fries, 130 for the whole wheat bun, 72 cheese (I weighed everything). I was actually down slightly this morning. If I wanted to cut calories I could....make a smaller burger (this one was about 1/3 of a lb.), go bunless, use feta cheese, skip the fries. I did go over my total calories yesterday but that was more because I chose to have a sweet treat after lunch (60 calorie coffee crisp) & had dark chocolate for dessert.

I had a sirloin burger w/a slice of thick, hickory-smoked, bacon, for dinner, last night. :-P

Belle, they were packaged French Fried Onions.

Those are addictive. I had to stop buying them.

Belle, I don't usually buy them. I had a rebate on an app I use to make them free...along with some other Thanksgiving meal style foods. I only used a few. Sprinkled some on my salad last night.
