WOW!!!! 1083 cal for the day. fantastic. now I need my low cal juice and vinegar and we are all set.. I know that there is a lot of people doing this. but I wish I had a friend doing it.

Do you need the friend to hold your mouth open while they pour the vinegar in there? yuck! LoL! Does that help with weight loss?

what it does for me is help me go to the bathroom persay.. I have a ibs and using over the counter products was not helping so I tried vinegar and it works slowly. but if it helps me with weight loss I will let you know.
