today is a new day. had a fun weekend. rode my mountain bike & road bike. Did have sugar (mom's bday on friday & sat/sun had coconut ice cream). overall ate well ; didn't track food this weekend. still have a hard time losing pounds. Goal this week: drink lots of water!
