Its that time of the week again - the night before I weigh-in. I'm only a little bit worried. I don't really mind if there is no big loss as I am expecting to maintain thanks to zero exercise this week. This was due to tough, brain-frazzeling work-training which gave me a headache by the end of most nights, deeming me unfit for the gym. And if I didn't have a headache, I was so tired I was falling asleep standing up. Its ok though, at least I got through it and passed it all :-)
