Started the day well with 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise. Feeling strong! Have decided to take a different but realistic view at my eating. No more "diet" but rather lifestyle focus going forward. My rules are that there are no taboos apart from the really obvious calorie high, junk foods. Moderation with everything, avoiding junk, keeping as healthy as possible 90% of the time and being honest with myself when having the odd little biscuit or glass of wine. Careful monitoring of my calorie intake, alongside regular exercise, should make the difference.
