Weighed in this morning and same as yesterday which is a good thing. I've gotten used to being hungry again... funny that it does go away after a while if you just suck it up and wait. Tracking everything has been so very helpful. I'm planning before I go out which is making a difference. I do need to get more cardio in. I'm happy with how I'm do on calories.
