So today no carbs went out of the window as I ATE 2 slices of lovely white bread lol oh well.

Any how I started some new medication yesterday and it has surpressed my appetite! I have never not been hungry before this is crazy. Anyway I'm going to take it as a positive thing and still try and maintain a balance diet even if im not hungry.

Not doing a weigh in until another week as it that time of the month. On a seperate not killed it at the gym today :)

Eat a lot of vegetables especially, and throw in a lot of fruit. Fruit is to manage the cravings with a healthier alternative for a while, while you eventually move on to eating far more vegetables. If you stick mainly to eating about as much vegetables as you do meat, you'll start having your hunger disappear completely. Occasional carbs are ok if you're close to your goal and you know how to work them in without setting you back, but for now, you should keep them out of your diet. The way carbs work for me is that I don't miss them until I start eating them again, which makes me suddenly crave more of them. Cut carbs other than fruit out of your life completely, and you won't really suffer.

Thanks for the advice :) The meat has been really easy, its been almost 3 weeks now and I dont miss it. Infact my mother made meat balls today and the sight of seeing the raw ground meat made me feel ill. Fruit is just so high in sugar that i try to restrict them too. I will try and stay away from that naughty bread bin though it is my nemesis.
