Stay young. I've seen to many people my age become old headed. They've collected a bunch of bad experiences...maybe physical and some mental and they grow old and jaded. When you say Hi...nice to see you. They come back really? You're happy to see me! Why? Or..now your happy to see me. Where have you been for the past 10 years...avoiding me!

To be clear...getting old is rough but don't let life attach all of the bad crap to you. If you drag out all of the old corpses of past bad experiences you can bring them back to life to destroy your day and future. Old crap needs to stay in the past and bringing it back just justifies it's negative purpose and destroys. Keep things fresh and throw out the old crap.

I tend to forgive and forget but I see people who don't and they are quick to remind me of things that are very very old. I usually think..you've got to be kidding me. You're still hung up on that...does it really make thing better dragging up the old corpse and giving it life again? Don't let your mind grow old and don't let the past drag you down.
