Ok... Back on track today. I dont dare step on the scale yet after this weekend. I feel that I should feel more regretful, but I dont. I needed a good cheat. I was following my diet very strictly. No worries though... today is a new day and its a new week and the fatty foods are over. Ready and motivated :) Have a great day everyone!

Diet Calendar Entry for 07 March 2011:
996 kcal Fat: 24.53g | Prot: 72.17g | Carb: 123.65g.   Breakfast: honey oats and more cereal, half and half, coffee, sugar, milk. Lunch: red pepper, lite ranch dressing trader joes, egg white, light mayo. Dinner: chipotle mild salsa, chipotle corn salsa, chipotle chicken, chipotle rice. Snacks/Other: mini babybel lite cheese, grapes, lite mayo, strawberries, egg white. more...

Go ahead and jump on the scale! You may surpirse yourself. Some of us do find that a good cheat every now and then helps to jog the metabolism back to reality and is actually good for weight loss. Heck, yesterday was my high calorie day and I hate a fast food burger which I never have anymore and I still lost again this morning. the key to a good cheat is to be sure you drink way more water than usual to get it flushed out as the day goes on. At least that is what works for me. Have a great day!
