2 Big 2 Fail's Journal, 26 June 2014

Slowly gaining weight back after being ill. I'm feeling better and doing my full workout and my appetite has returned. I'm eating somewhat healthier but I've also had a few bad choices. My diverticulitis discomfort has subsided and I'm pushing with the weight training and sit-ups. Excersize is good for the condition so I'll push it.
