Slacking the last two days on my journal entries and food record. Back on track for sure. It really helps to see everything I eat because it seems to sneak up on me. My mood has been a positive one, keeping busy on a job prospect and hanging out with friends. I don't drink so all those empty calories are not a problem for me. Taking chewable fiber tabs to help with hunger. Just taking care of me for once in my life! YES!!
