Love katsu...did you make the sauce 🤤 

Me too. I found a product which is like a katsu stock cube. So you could add a mixer to it, I chose light coconut milk but it could be done with water or maybe a blended onion gravy base. 

Ooh...that sounds good. I've tried the yo sushi sauce from the supermarket...it wasn't brilliant 

The brand was Yukata
