2 Big 2 Fail's Journal, 03 June 2014

Had to stop weight lifting and stopped logging in calories for now. Came down with a case of diverticulitis so main focus is recovering and getting back to a better diet and back to the weight lifting and exercise hopefully next week.

The upside is a slight weight loss. It's amazing that I can actually maintain weight when sick. This tells me I'm doing well and the process of pushing myself to go to the gym is paying off now because I've missed zero days from work and I'm keeping the yard mowed.

I may be slower this week but I'm not stopping. I'm off the antibiotics later this week and hope for the best.

Keep your chin up! It's hard to push yourself sometimes but you are absolutely right, slow is better than stopping!

Thanks for your support. Started logging exercise and calories again today. Need to get back into it.
