Yesterday I didn't do a weigh in because I was having a bad day. I kept my calories at about 1200 but I ended up eating a bunch of small snacks instead of eating any set meals. I didn't even exercise yesterday. I have been seriously thinking of going back down to Florida to be with my younger daughter. I do much better when I am away from my husband. Moving to Arkansas was not one of my brighter ideas. Plus I lost my job yesterday. yeah me. After I get a little sleep I will weigh myself and post it. God I hope things get better soon.
