I'm feeling good this morning. I walked 2 miles with my dog. We passed a pizza joint and it smelled so good. Boy did it trigger some craving. We both wanted in lol. The walk felt awesome, and the gym yesterday. The afternoon is the hardest though, that's when my cravings kick in.

I work in a kitchen…I cook food and surrounded by gorgeous stuff all day…but that is good that you resisted. It's all about your goals. Get fresh air and walk away from restaurants area…walk though and it will be good for you.

I work across from Popeye's. It's a test of my willpower every time I walk to my car. It's funny how some stuff smells so much better than it tastes!

I am going to have pizza with my friends tomorrow, and it is sooooo hard to stop that from turning into a binge. I need to plan some strategies for stopping w/ one or two pieces. I agree that the smell is a HUGE trigger! ;-)

Yes…our goal is to eat but resist and stay focussed…the hardest thing. It's "learning" to eat better.

Place the pieces on the plate…pause…smell and take it in before you dig in…look at the quantity and relax. Enjoy it but have a side salad or just be okay with it and work out the next day...

Afternoons are also my downfall. I don't know what it is, but if I can get past 4pm I am ok. Sometimes, just knowing your weekness, gives you strength

Great on the 2miles. I know the feeling when I took my walk over the holiday weekend all those nice BBQ steaks dear me my mouth was watering.
