Light traffic at the gym. Soooo nice. Worked Fasted for the first time in a minute. Felt great! Made up machine crunches and wide pulls missed on Thursday. Figured out how to properly rig a 25# plate to the ab bench (on of those giant rubber bands the trainers love), resulting in proper leverage, a dramatically harder crunch, and a 17 rep drop per set!

0300 pit stop check showed ZERO ABS. Or maybe it was some kinda body dismorphia nightmare....Regardless, doubled today's ab work, adding an ab kettlebell quickie to my daily morning routine, skipping this week's budgeted ad libitem day, and minding my intake this weekend. Everything was back in order under that superfine locker room downlighting. We'll see in the morning...

Stocked up on Strip steaks. $7.99/lb. Last week I scored whole beef loin for 9.99. Down from over 20 a week earlier. Beef pricings nutso volatile.

Wanted some crunch in my nighttime yogurt. Must have shopped 30 different granolas. Every single one, including fucking Kashi, has sugar as a top ingredient. 5-18g added per 3/4 cup serving. What a fucking joke. Might as well toss a snickers in there...

GR yogurt + scoop whey + berries + couple gms honey (or stevia if anal about calories). All good, just need that crunch! Maybe the raw oats will do it...

I really want to find Plain Yogurt to create some KETO recipes, but can't find it, Sighs! I'm impressed with your workouts & discipline. WTG!!

I have greek yogurt most mornings. Either with mango, blueberry or other fruit. My topping is raw oats, flax seed, and fine chopped nuts. I prep about two cups of the topping at a time and keep in a glass jar. Maybe do a dry toast of the oats in a skillet to see if they get crunchy?
