I took a quick spin on my bike this morning, 3 miles before the rain. So as I write this I'm pampering myself with a nice bath to celebrate, 5lbs this week! I know early on weight comes off quicker and I will hit 'the slows' at some point. Then especially, I will remind myself even more so, that its not only important but vital to pamper 'me'. For those who may be wondering, skipped Fri. pizza place, did the 2 mile rountrip walk downtown with hubby and had a tasy and healthy blackened haddock taco last night. Happy Saturday everyone!
