I just did a little research on agave nectar, which I use liberally in my coffee every morning. My son and I stopped using Splenda 3 years ago due to the health warnings. Somehow I got it in my mind that agave nectar was a good substitute to use in my coffee. At 16 grams of sugar per tablespoon, I need to figure out an alternative.
