Worked out with the hubby today. I tried to push myself, but this workout didn't seem to come as easy as the last time I did it. We are in week 4 of INSANITY and I am loving with workouts and results, but I just want to do more and improve.
I also hopped on the elliptical for an additional 30 minutes of cardio which felt real good.
I need to find ways to add more protein into my diet. We are going to try the Crockpot Chicken Chili recipe tonight and see how that is.
