Had a good day. Started the day with a 5 mile walk. Ate light. Cooked lots of healthy food - shrimp in a light curry sauce, tofu in tomato/black bean sauce, curried potatoes and baby string beans, a new kind of dal I haven't had before - cow peas? rice, salad - now juxt waiting for the rest of the busy family to get home to eat it all. Will start tomorrow with an 11 mile training walk. It will be very cold. Not sure what to wear. I guess I'll figure that out once I open the door at 6:45
